Type "pwd" into konsole. Then attempt to double-click the produced output in
order to select it. Either only one path component is selected or the entire
line (including all whitespace to the right edge of konsole) is selected. 

Previously konsole allowed to select the entire path exclusive of whitespace to
the right.
