[Konsole-devel] where is konsole in kde-windows ?

They won't appear in mainline KDE until at least 4.3 - you can't add
patches like this in minor point releases.  However, the KDE on
Windows teams are welcome to find a way of providing Konsole (KDE 4.2)
+ patches for Windows users.
