vim was an example. I didn't alter vim settings on all servers I login after I
installed KDE4 with new konsole, but the behaviour changed after that. Another
option is to use scroll while shell is active - you will get command history
scrolled.

The main approach of this feature request is to disable mouse scroll passing to
shell or program running in konsole as it annoying when you do paste with mouse
scroll button
