When resizing the window, Konsole does not reflow the text. Per example, if you
resize your window to have less characters, the lines already printed are going
to be cut. It would be better in this condition to reflow the text and to have
the characters going on the next line. Even more important is the opposite
scenario when the window is getting larger. In this condition, it is really
important to have lines that where cutted on two lines revert in one line. The
reason for that is that, first of all, if the person is getting is terminal
larger, it's probably because a line he didn't want cutted was...

If an example is needed, then look at the default MacOSX terminal who just does
that.
