When files are dropped on the console window a context menu should pop up and
ask for useful actions. (This is the behavior in KDE 3.5)

The actions should be configurable.

Default actions should be:
* paste file's path
* "cd" to directory - with normal files it should "cd" to the directory where
the file is stored.
