Konsole as shipped by KDE does not have a 'root shell' profile, this is a
deliberate choice on my part.  The 'root shell' profile is an OpenSuSE add-on.

Nevertheless, I had a look at the profile and there is nothing wrong with it,
so I'll leave this report open.
