Mandriva RPM based on 4.1.96.

Konsole titile is set to "%w [%n]". The %n part often is not updated after
program ends and returns to shell. See screenshot where program (urpme) exited
long ago but title still shows it as running. Pressin RETURN at shell prompt
usually updates it to show shell name.
