The functionality I was aiming for in my initial report was that I could save
an exact size in any profile.
In the profile dialog this would probably mean we have these controls;

 [X] Remember size
     [Use Current Size]

The checkbox is disabled by default (to match the current behavior)
The button is only enabled when the checkbox is enabled and when you press the
button it copies the size of the active konsole window to this profile. After
pressing 'Ok' in the dialog the next time a session of this type is opened the
window is resized to the requested window size.
