Hey guys,

I have noticed a problem with konsole since kde 4.x (and possibly before), when
you have compiz enabled konsole will write over its own lines, and will also
fail to show the last few lines quite often.

Its random when it will start, but happens quickly everytime, it tends to occur
once the initial konsole is full and it begins to build a scrollback.

It also occurs when you vi into things, and when you clear the terminal (with
clear), it will just put the typing at the top, but not clear all the text, so
you just end up writing over things.

Its purely an appearance bug, and has no effect on actual text entered, but it
makes konsole almost unusable, to the point where i disable compiz just because
of this.

I have tested this with compiz off, it never happens then, and i have also used
gnome terminal, and that does not suffer the same problem.

I also had this bug on kubuntu 8.04 (i think it was that version, the first one
with KDE 4) Fedora 9, and Fedora 10, and from memory, also had it back on
Fedora 7 (with KDE 3.5.x)

It does not crash etc, so the best i can do is describe it, and i will attempt
to get a screenshot as well.

Thanks,
Ayden
