Also, the order of the profiles in konsole's settings->ChangeProfile and
settings->ManageProfiles seems to be different than the ordering in the
"Konsole Profiles" plasmoid.

If you add a way to manually sort the profiles within konsole, please make sure
that the "Konsole Profiles" plasmoid uses the same order.
