When konsole is opened with a transparent profile and desktop effect shadows
are enabled the background is not completely transparent.

To reproduce create/edit a konsole profile. From the edit dialog select the
appearance tab, click edit and move the "Background Transparency" slider to
100%. In System Settings/Desktop/Desktop Effects/General enable "Shadows". Open
a konsole session and notice that the background is not truly transparent. Open
System Settings, disable desktop effect shadows and apply to render the konsole
completely transparent.
