  Hello, I lied. One more Update. In my observances I have found that IF I Dual
Boot over the WinXP and then come back to Linux (openSuSE 11.2) that is when I
loose the TaskBar. IF the TaskBar is alive and active when I PowerOff, then
when I fire the machine back up the TaskBar is ok. Yes, I know it shouldn't
make any difference ... but it does.
  Now I'll quit and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
