It opens the file browser at the current directory of the program running in
the terminal - usually the current directory that the shell is in.  This action
is always visible when right-clicking in the terminal.  When you right-click on
URLs then two additional actions ("Open Link" and "Copy Link Location") are
added to the top of the menu.
