Please be so kind to bring back the "Open new tab" and "Close tab" buttons that
were present in the tab bar in KDE 3 and are currently missing in KDE 4.

Also make it possible to open & close tabs via the context menu by right
clicking on the tab bar.

Reasoning is that surely I could also do all that via keyboard shortcuts or
menu but without any GUI option the tab functionality is somehow hidden and not
that friendly to use for mouse pushers.
