If I cut multiple lines from a konsole window, when I paste it into anything
else (or even another konsole), whitespace at then ends of lines is lost,
potentially ramming words together.

For example, (narrowed to prove the point), if I cut the following text
wrapping from the first line to the second:

"Hello my name is "
"David"


When I pasted it, it would be "Hello my name isDavid"
