           Summary: konsole click area mismatch
           Product: konsole
           Version: 2.2.2
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konsole-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: dckorah at gmail.com

Version: 2.2.2 (using KDE 4.2.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I came across this one while I was using console VIM in tabbed mode.
If you have multiple files open you get a little 'X' on top right corner of the
window which you can click on to close the active tab.
On konsole, the clickable area corresponding to that 'X' seems to be shifted to
the left by almost half the character width.
I tried that in gnome-terminal and seems working as I would expect.
Please see the attached screen-cap videos for better understanding.
