When NumLock off, I can use Numpad to control cursor movement like
Home/Up/PgUp etc. This works perfect in Konsole 1.6/KDE3.5.10.

While in Konsole 2.1/KDE4.1.1, the Numpad not work when Numpad off. press
the keys has NO effect.
