When I open a NEW konsole window on my 2x3 desktops (by clicking on icon I had
put in the panel) it sometimes/often does NOT appear in the desktop I am
presently in, but in one of the other panel. I haven't found in which exact
circumstances this happens, but it looks like the konsole often opens in a
desktop where I had (during a previous session) opened a konsole in the past
(but which was closed).

This is weird and very annoying. This may just reflect my ignorance of the
setting up of KDE of course? Or a real bug!
