Hello Greg,

I'm afraid that there is no support for saving the state of windows and tabs in
Konsole in KDE 4.0 or loading such files from KDE 3's Konsole.  We do plan to
add this functionality but it is not present in the version that ships with
Fedora 9.

Some of the content in the help files was out of date for the 4.0 release. 
Kurt Hindenburg has been rewriting them to match the new interface.
