... and it would be even better, if the profiles could also be grouped in a
menu-like fashion (like the bookmarks).
However, I see that this might be even more work, so allowing them to be sorted
manually (please not only alphabetically) would be fine for now.

As a side note, I would hope to find the same feature in the konsole profile
plasmoid (see bug 173834).
