Restore window size only once

OK, what about this change? Now konsole windows don't resize anymore when you
add a new tab.

Only problem I noticed is that for some reason the last resize is lost and
konsolerc always contains the same size. So even if you change all windows to
be a new size and then quit konsole, after restart it opens the windows with
the previously saved window size.
