Konsole defaults to ctrl-shift-m for opening a new window, it seems most other
kde apps default to ctrl-n. It would be nice if konsole would act the same
way... :-)

Btw, it would also be nice if konsole would have ctrl-t preconfigured as
default "open new tab" shortcut.
