I can also confirm this. I usually start my konsole in full screen mode without
any toolbars, etc. But since I've upgraded to Kubuntu Intrepid the menu bar
reappears whenever I open a session or tab. I then have to select the "Show
Menu Bar" Entry once to virtually show the bar, and then a second time to get
rid of it.
