The preset isn't shipped with Konsole.  I have made clear why there is no
preset and so far most people have supported my reasoning.

No - if we took this approach we would accumulate an awful lot of unsupportable
cruft over time.  Obviously the decision to remove a 'feature' (or 'bug' even)
that was in a previous version has to be taken carefully because it will
undoubtedly impact some users - however it is necessary to maintain the quality
of the software.
