profile appearance settings: demo colors on click not on hover

...because now each time my mouse moves a bit from scrollbar I get konsole
flickering, which is really annoying and distracting me from configuring
konsole. Please, if you want to demo profile, wait till user click on the
colors. This is still intuitive yet much more explicit.
