Hello,
I don't know that much about X/Y/ZModem unfortunately but I have a quick
suggestion:
The 'sz' command used to send files via ZModem has a similar syntax to
the 'sx' which sends files via XModem - so if you have 'sz','sx','sy'
installed then it might be possible to create a symlink 'sz' which
points to 'sx' and Konsole will use that instead.
If you need anything more complex then I suggest using sx/sy/sz directly
rather than Konsole's built-in ZModem handling.

"View -> Send Input to All Sessions" may be of some use here.

Robert.
