Earlier today I had to reboot* and therefore was forced to exit all my 
Konsole sessions; something that doesn't happen often or "easily" (one 
of the drawbacks to Konsole being a UniqueApp; I can't easily restart it 
to see code changes).

This means I finally get to see my 'new tab' button again. Thanks, Robert!

(* if anyone is wondering why on earth I had to reboot a linux box, I 
was fiddling with my networking, trying to set up a bridge for a guest 
OS under qemu, and was having some issues with an interface that Would 
Not Go Away. This also had the pleasant side-effect of swapping me onto 
the newer kernel that was recently installed from updates.)
