With fresh installation of new user in KDE 3, the first Konsole menu item "Session" includes both "New Midnight Commander" and "New Root Midnight Commander", among other entries. In KDE4, the first item is "File" instead of "Session", which contains entries similar to KDE3's "Session", but none of them are Midnight Commander. None of the other menu items contain Midnight Commander either. Please correct this regression by putting Midnight Commander back in the menu somewhere.
