This appears to be the case. The criteria might be having a linked
KDE SVN account or bug management rights on b.k.o. You'd have to ask
Dirk.

Patches are welcome. Terminal sequences are interpreted by the
Vt102Emulation class (kdebase/apps/konsole/src/Vt102Emulation.cpp/h),
the internal "canvas" on which the terminal image is constructed and
which controls the history is the Screen class.
