Hmm, didn't know that one :-), but...

Aside from 'exit', I would next tend to do this sort of thing when we do 
product releases or testing cycles; I'll log onto a whole bunch of 
machines and issue the same command on each. 'Send to all terminals' is 
a bit scary when you're sending whole commands (much safer to click each 
tab so you see what you're doing, and click once to fire off the 
command). However, this is infrequent, and commands may include 
time-specific stuff, i.e. I would never use the exact command ever again.

At least I see it still works for multi-line, so I can paste files ala 
'cat > foo' <paste>.

On closer inspection, it seems the problem is that the newline is not 
*copied*. This is actually worse, because in 2.1 I can't correctly copy 
from konsole to other apps. It turns out I can *paste* \n's just fine, 
e.g. if I type my command in kwrite and paste into konsole.

So, please bring back the ability to select (and put on the clipboard) 
the final \n :-).
