No print function under any menu option in this version of Konsole. It did
exist under 3.5.X after 62383 request was fixed. need ability to print at least
the console screen. 

Example when I do print of the check sums for a iso for rpm download. so I
don't need multiple konsole sessions to verify check sum. 

work around is less file, see check sum, copy and past into Kate or Kwrite and
the print. 

Do not see this reported as bug so I assume this will be a feature request.
