Background: I accidentally wrote a fork bomb on my server and ulimit apparently
wasn't working right.

Somehow, as a result, every single Konsole I had open completely locked up (no
redrawing) until I forcefully umounted my sshfs connection in a real tty. I
also observed that for some reason, there was only a single 'konsole' process
running.
