when I try to list Arabic files using konsole, it list is in unreadable way.
See the attached screenshot.

The correct way is this: 

zayed at zayed-laptop:/home/home$ ls
Examples  الصور  الفيديو  القوالب  المستندات 
الموسيقى  سطح المكتب  عام

How to reproduce:
1- Create file with name 'اختبار ' using dolphin. 
2- try to list it using konsole, it will display like this: رابتخا
3- The correct way is اختبار

It seems that konsole stars to display the word from left to right latter by
latter.
