[Konsole-devel] Label alignment patches

Hi, I looked at the Konsole's Edit Profiles before and after.  A couple of
points:
1. Why make the window taller?  For most pages it is just empty spaces.
2.  Why display index 5, Advanced Tab, upon start up?
