You can do this in KDE 4 by editing the .colorscheme files created by the color scheme editor manually (these are saved in $KDEDIR/share/apps/konsole where $KDEDIR is either ~/.kde or ~/.kde4).  For each colour entry you can add a "Bold=true|false" entry to specify whether the colour should be drawn in bold or not.

I'm not sure whether I will add a facility to do this in the UI.
