Hi Richard,

I think you missed some of the discussion (perhaps not everything on
Bugzilla is being sent to the mailing list?).

I added a small delay between the mouse hovering over the color scheme
and the preview activating, it preserves the convenience of the
auto-preview without causing the background window to flicker madly
while you move the mouse cursor around to different parts of the UI -
which was the legitimate complaint here.
