Type ls into the konsole, then select the line right up to the end.  Middle click to paste and extra text from somewhere else in the terminal is entered.

$ ls
[copy right to end of line]
[middle click]
$ lsilure loading aff f

The 'ilure loading aff f' is a line that was output to the konsole a few lines above $ ls.

This only happens when selecting the entire line right to the end (all the white space), just selecting a small part of text works.
