Summary: Using "New Tab" using a profile that has a directory set
                    ignores that dir.
           Product: konsole
           Version: 1.9.2
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konsole-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: zander kde org

Version: 1.9.2 (using KDE 3.95.2 (KDE 4.0 Beta4), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.20-15-generic

To reproduce;

go to settings, manage profiles.
Create a new profile and edit it.
Type "/usr/local" in the "initial directory" line.
Press ok.
Make this profile the default.
Press ok.
Use the file->new tab menu option.

I expected the initial directory for this profile to be /usr/local.
Notice how you are not in /usr/local
