[Konsole-devel] restoring and saving all konsole/kde settings

I make copy of all $HOME of user 'root' and when I restore it, all kde
settings are restored, but konsole settings are not restored. Why ?
Does konsole keep settings somewhere else, not under $HOME when user is
'root' ?
Where exactly ?
