I couldn't reproduce the problem.  I'm wondering whether it might be something to do with your window management options.

There is no concept of multiple displays.  From Konsole's point of view, there is only one (possibly very large) screen.  In actuality, different sections of that screen may be displayed by different monitors, but KDE applications are not aware of this.
