Confirmed.  Note that the problem only occurred for me the color scheme was removed as follows:

1.  Settings -> Edit Current Profile
2.  Click on Appearance tab
3.  Click "Remove" to delete the active color scheme
4.  Close Konsole without first closing the 'Edit Current Profile' dialog
