Ok, i upgraded to kde 3.5.4. The output of konsole (1) looks now like this:

frank lingurke:~$ konsole -e ssh -X frank dater
kio (KSycoca): Trying to open ksycoca from /var/tmp/kdecache-frank/ksycoca
ScimInputContextPlugin()
~ScimInputContextPlugin()

So I think the original problem is gone, but two new kind of outputs are there :)
These lines came immediatly, without any action in the new konsole.

I also have the 
ScimInputContextPlugin()
~ScimInputContextPlugin()
with many apps. E.g. kdiff3
