Patch to enable bold

Disregard my comment #1;  bold has never worked for me.  I have bold in my $PS1
and have never seen bold.  If it did work for you,  you were lucky :)

The selecting text didn't change anything for me...  For those who can
recompile and test this patch I would appreciate it.

konsole/tests/colortest.sh is a good script to test attributes.
