Same here, I'm afraid. My Konsole default font is Terminus size 9, which has a bold weight, however unlike Kate, Konsole no longer displays it. Also, while the bold weight is in fact in the list in the font selection dialog, when I click "Bold", size 9 suddenly disappears from the list of available sizes and it jumps to a larger size for the same font.

KDE 3.5.4, Qt 3.3.6, FontConfig 2.3.95, FreeType 2.2.1.
