There should be no 'Root Console'  I changed it to 'Root Shell' on Jan 29.  
Perhaps it is miss translated?

I have this on my 3.4 system:
Name[de]=Befehlsfenster (Systemverwaltungsmodus)

On another note, I see there are a number of very long translations for 'root shell'

This should likely be changed to the translation section....
