Its not only konsole, but I didn't know which part of KDE its exactly is.

None of these options "watch for activities" and "watch for inactivities" displays the passive popup as selected in the Notifications dialoge.

As I've sayed its not only in Konsole, the option "Passive Popup" doesn't work at all, nor in Konsole or any other app.

I hope this explains the Problem.

PS: in KDE 3.3.x it works well, but in none (beta, rc) of 3.4
