I see that the Settings menu is rather outdated in konsole_parts.

Bell: change to same as konsole: bell, notif, vis, none
Keyboard: sort, none appear to be selected upon startup
Encoding: add; is it possible to ask the 'parent program' for their encoding?

Send Signal:  How many non-hackers (ie normal users) would every use this?  It 
maybe O.K. in konsole, but I vote for removal in konsole_parts.

Anything else?
