No, I think it is good as is now.

The Quake installer did:
exec konsole -title 'Quake Demo' -e ./linuxq3ademo-1.11-6.x86.gz.sh -xwin

The correct fix for handling that was r1.152 that made that "-xwin" got passed 
to linuxq3ademo-1.11-6.x86.gz.sh instead of interpreting it as an command 
line option for konsole itself.
