This BUG or feature has been quite a long time, one can see it when using TRANSPARENT screen in the Konsole and switching from virtual konsole tab number two to the tab one , there is two rapid screen updates in a row, which looks a little annoying, I think that one update should be enough.
It shows more easily if you have slower graphics driver and having a compilation going on so that tab one screen is full off characters.
