(yet another resize item ;)

Seen in another application and appreciated by users;

konsole should stick to it's number of karakters although it is being resized.
Current mode e.g: konsole has fontsize huge and is scaled to 80x24.  Now when
this size is made smaller the fontsize stays the same.  It is appreciated that
in this case the font size is adapted to the new konsole size (if possible at
all).  With other words the konsole size is leading 80x24 stays 80x24 karakters
no matter the size of the terminal.

This mode is working to monitor e.g a number of processes in several konsoles on
1 desktop.  For this reason the konsole should be small.  If now something happens with 1 of the processes the konsole size is increased and so is the font (as it will follow the konsole size).

I hope it is clear what I mean.
